Getting Started

How do I create a Findy Plus account?

Creating a Findy Plus account is simple:

  1. Download the Findy Plus app from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Open the app and tap ‘Create Account’
  3. Enter your email address and create a secure password
  4. Verify your email through the link we send you
  5. Complete your profile setup

That’s it! You’re ready to start using Findy Plus.

Is Findy Plus available on all devices?

Findy Plus is available on:

  • iOS devices: iPhone 8 and newer, running iOS 14 or later
  • Android devices: Android 9.0 (Pie) or later
  • Web browser: Access Findy Plus through any modern browser at app.findyplus.com

We’re continuously working to expand device compatibility.

How do I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password:

  1. Go to the Findy Plus login screen
  2. Tap ‘Forgot Password?’
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Check your email for a password reset link
  5. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password

If you don’t receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

Account & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfers (for annual business plans)

All payments are securely processed through our PCI-compliant payment gateway.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your Findy Plus subscription:

  1. Log in to your account on our website
  2. Go to ‘Account Settings’ > ‘Billing’
  3. Click ‘Manage Subscription’
  4. Select ‘Cancel Subscription’
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

Note: You’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes, you can switch between billing cycles at any time:

  1. Log in to your account on our website
  2. Navigate to ‘Account Settings’ > ‘Billing’
  3. Click ‘Change Plan’
  4. Select your preferred billing cycle
  5. Confirm the changes

If you switch from monthly to annual billing, you’ll receive a pro-rated credit for any unused portion of your monthly plan.
