Getting Started
Creating a Findy Plus account is simple:
- Download the Findy Plus app from the App Store or Google Play
- Open the app and tap ‘Create Account’
- Enter your email address and create a secure password
- Verify your email through the link we send you
- Complete your profile setup
That’s it! You’re ready to start using Findy Plus.
Findy Plus is available on:
- iOS devices: iPhone 8 and newer, running iOS 14 or later
- Android devices: Android 9.0 (Pie) or later
- Web browser: Access Findy Plus through any modern browser at app.findyplus.com
We’re continuously working to expand device compatibility.
If you’ve forgotten your password:
- Go to the Findy Plus login screen
- Tap ‘Forgot Password?’
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Check your email for a password reset link
- Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password
If you don’t receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.
Account & Billing
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- PayPal
- Apple Pay (iOS only)
- Google Pay (Android only)
- Bank transfers (for annual business plans)
All payments are securely processed through our PCI-compliant payment gateway.
To cancel your Findy Plus subscription:
- Log in to your account on our website
- Go to ‘Account Settings’ > ‘Billing’
- Click ‘Manage Subscription’
- Select ‘Cancel Subscription’
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
Note: You’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.
Yes, you can switch between billing cycles at any time:
- Log in to your account on our website
- Navigate to ‘Account Settings’ > ‘Billing’
- Click ‘Change Plan’
- Select your preferred billing cycle
- Confirm the changes
If you switch from monthly to annual billing, you’ll receive a pro-rated credit for any unused portion of your monthly plan.
